Ross County Community Action offers in-person and phone appointments to process applications. Select if you prefer an in-person or a phone appointment when scheduling your appointment. To avoid delays, the telephone number you provide when scheduling must be a working number and one where you may be reached on the date and time of your scheduled appointment. Please note: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule.

List of Docs to Bring

Please bring all required documentation to your appointment to ensure your assistance is completed on time. We need the following documents:

  • Social Security Cards: required for all household members
  • Current gas and electric bills:
  • Proof of Income: This is required for the last 30 days for all household members 18 and older. Acceptable documents include SSA, SSI, SSDI award letters, Pension statements, and Child Support.
